Rock Wool Insulation Blanket uses high-quality natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite as the main raw materials. The raw materials are melted into a melt at a high temperature of about 1500°C. The melt is then centrifuged at a high speed by a centrifuge to form fibers. With the action of negative pressure air, the newly formed rock wool fibers are quickly collected together to form a rock wool felt. After that, through processes such as pendulum laying, pleating, pressurization and curing to take shape, and then according to the requirements of customers, it is processed into various types such as rock wool boards, rock wool blankets or rock wool pipes, etc.
